Job Summary: We are seeking a great Painter with leadership skills who wants to work for a great growing company. The ideal candidate is cheerful and friendly, enjoys working in a team environment, Great personality, Respectful have knowledge on painting, GREAT WORK ETHIC, GREAT PERSONALITY, is dedicated to high-quality, efficient work and is capable of adapting to changes and communicating effectively with employees and customers. if you are bilingual is a plus. MUST Be Able To Follow Written Instructions, MUST Have a valid DL, MUST speak English, MUST pass a background check, 3 years of experience minimum
Responsibilities:
- Paint using a proper applicator (brush, roller, sprayers etc.) while utilizing proper painting techniques
- Interact professionally with customers.
- Follow work orders.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, Patching, Repairing or by other means necessary
- Use caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracks
- Inspect paint jobs for quality
- Perform daily maintenance clean up routines on painting equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in residential or commercial painting and/or remodeling/home repair 3 YEARS
- Valid driver’s license
- Have reliable transportation to commute between job sites
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Allowed to work in the US
