Job Title: Painter/Janitor

Location: MNP, 1524 E 14 Mile Rd, Madison Heights, MI 48071

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Job Schedule: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Thursday & weekends as needed.

Painting & Maintenance Duties:

• Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, patching, priming)
• Apply paint, stain, or coatings to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
• Touch up and maintain painted areas as needed
• Assist with minor repairs and general maintenance tasks
• Safely use and maintain painting tools and equipment
• Wipe down and clean the machines
• Run the automatic floor scrubber
• Other janitorial work needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous janitorial and/or painting experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Work Environment:

• Indoor and outdoor work
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals, paint fumes, and maintenance equipment
• Must follow all safety guidelines and use protective equipment as required
