Painter/Laborer

Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as necessary
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Operate precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate paint application
- Use power tools and equipment such as airless paint sprayers to apply paint evenly and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear while working
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an industrial painter or in a related field such as auto body repair or warehouse painting
- Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in painting applications

-Pay is based off of experience.

-Punctuality is a must.

-Some jobs are out of town so must be willing to travel (will not have to use personal vehicle for travel)

-Must be able to pass a drug test at any time

-Must have reliable transportation

-Must have a positive attitude and a great work ethic

-Must also be able to work as a team with other people

Experience:

• Painting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sandblasting: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
