Painter/Laborer (PHILIPPINOS)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying coatings on various surfaces such as walls, ceilings, and furniture with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, filling cracks).
• Mix and match paint colors as required.
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray tools.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of work, avoiding drips or uneven coverage.
• Protect surrounding areas with tape, drop cloths, and other materials.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear.
• Maintain tools and work area in clean condition.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a professional painter (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Knowledge of painting tools, techniques, and materials.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality finishes.
• Physically fit and able to stand, bend, or lift for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with spray painting or decorative techniques.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Previous work in [construction/residential/commercial] painting projects.
