Painter's Helper (Prepper)

We are a well-established family-run residential painting company with over 35 years in business. We are looking to hire 2 Painter's Helpers (Preppers) to join our team to work on projects in North County San Diego.

The positions are available immediately and focus on preparing surfaces for painting and supporting our crew to ensure our high-quality standards on every job.

Responsibilities

• Masking, taping, and protecting surfaces
• Sanding, patching, and surface preparation
• Moving and covering furniture
• Maintaining a clean and organized job site
• Assisting painters as needed
• Cleaning up job sites daily

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to job sites (must be able to get to different locations)
• Dependable and on time every day
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, standing, bending)
• Ability to do quality work in a fast pace

Compensation (Pay) & Benefits

• $17-$20 per hour based on experience
• Experience is beneficial, but not required
• We will teach you all the skills needed to assist our custom painters.
