Painter/Subcontractor

As a Subcontractor of Four Pillars Paint, you will need to be able to fulfill the following requirements:

• Ability to manage a residential paint project end-to-end for both interior & exterior painting scopes.
• Ability to effectively & courteously communicate with Clients on-site.
• Extreme attention to detail when it comes to site preparation including using plastic wrap, drop cloths, tape, and other protective coverings to protect areas of Client's home not being painted
• Ability to execute surface preparation tasks including patching, caulking, scraping, and sanding
• Must have truck or van that can be used for work purposes
• Must have all tools & equipment to execute paint projects
• Must carry General Liability Insurance for business & vehicle
• Must carry Workers Compensation Insurance for all employees
• Ability to skillfully use paint tools including sprayers, brushes, rollers, and other painting accessories
• Understanding of different types of primers, paints, and stains, and when to use a specific coating depending on the application
• Strong communication skills with ability to professionally communicate with Clients, and to manage a team
• Strong time management skills, and ability to stick to deadline & schedule
• Ability to track material & labor expenditures using mobile applications
• Payment is received per project, and payment is contingent on successful project completion including final sign-off by client

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
