As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in building and restoring projects while ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential painting tasks, including airless paint spraying and construction painting.
• Assist in fixture installation and ensure proper placement and functionality.
• Engage in stucco application and repair as needed.
• Support construction estimating processes by providing accurate measurements and assessments.
• Collaborate with team members to build and restore structures according to project specifications.
• Execute trim carpentry tasks, ensuring precision and quality in all finishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized construction site to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while on-site.

Experience

• Previous experience in residential painting, including airless paint spraying techniques.
• Familiarity with fixture installation processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of stucco application and repair techniques is advantageous.
• Experience with construction estimating is a plus.
• Proven ability to build and restore structures with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in trim carpentry is desirable.
• A strong understanding of maintaining a safe and organized construction site.
