Painting Operator

We are currently looking for a skilled Painting cum Maintenance Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out basic painting work on equipment, structures, and factory areas.
• Handle surface preparation before painting — cleaning, sanding, applying primer coating, and final coating.
• Maintain knowledge of painting materials, tools, and proper application methods.
• Assist in general maintenance and repair tasks around the factory.
• Support scaffolding work and other mechanical or facility-related jobs as required.
• Keep tools and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and use proper protective equipment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in painting or maintenance work (industrial/factory experience preferred).
• Knowledge of painting materials (primer, coating, thinner, etc.) and surface preparation.
• Ability to perform general maintenance and assist with scaffolding or other site tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
