Painting Supervisor

Painting supervisor Should have Minimum 6 Years of experience in Joinery section The Painting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all painting and finishing activities within interior fit-out projects. This includes managing manpower, ensuring quality finishes, coordinating with site teams, and delivering work on time while adhering to safety and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all painting activities on-site for interior fit-out projects
• Ensure surface preparation, priming, and finishing are carried out as per project specifications
• Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Allocate tasks to painters and helpers effectively based on project requirements
• Inspect work to ensure high-quality finishes and compliance with standards
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other trades (carpentry, MEP, gypsum, etc.)
• Review drawings, material specifications, and method statements before execution
• Ensure proper usage and storage of materials such as paints, primers, and tools
• Maintain records of daily activities, workforce, and material consumption
• Identify and resolve on-site issues related to painting works
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct touch-ups and snag list clearance before project handover

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering, Painting Technology, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in painting works within interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of:
• Surface preparation techniques
• Different types of paints and finishes (emulsion, enamel, PU, polish, etc.)
• Application methods (roller, spray, brush)
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and procedures

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
