Job Title: Pallet Build & Consolidation Supervisor

Reports to: Sr. Manager, Distribution

Location: Ellabell, GA

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

About the Role: The Pallet Build & Consolidation Supervisor will oversee outbound pallet construction, consolidation, and staging operations to ensure orders are built safely, accurately, and ready for shipping. This role ensures structural integrity, load compliance, and dock readiness while optimizing workflow between picking and shipping.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all pallet build, wrapping, labeling, and staging activities.
• Ensure pallets meet customer configuration and transportation standards.
• Oversee consolidation of multi-zone picks into final shipment units.
• Maintain dock flow alignment to prevent congestion or staging overflow.
• Enforce proper load securement, weight distribution, and damage prevention practices.
• Coordinate closely with Shipping and Transportation for trailer readiness.
• Monitor equipment utilization (wrappers, conveyors, pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Implement 5S and visual management to maintain staging clarity.
• Investigate load failures, damages, and mis shipments; drive corrective action.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in warehouse packing or logistics operations
• Previous lead or supervisory experience leading teams of 20 or more hourly associates
• Strong safety mindset with proven experience enforcing safety protocols in receiving or warehouse operations.
• Tier One WMS experience required; Blue Yonder experience is a plus.
• Experience in automated, fast-paced facilities.

Skills:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies a plus
• Mathematical skills to perform basic functions and calculations
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong organization and accuracy capabilities
• Detail-oriented, and professional
