Pallet Builder/Wood Crate Assembler

Job Description

We are a wood packaging and manufacturing company looking for dependable workers to join our team building pallets and crates. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble wooden pallets and crates
• Operate nail guns and other hand tools
• Measure, cut, and fasten wood materials
• Follow production instructions and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Experience with nail guns and/or carpentry preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods
• Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physical work environment
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify employer)

Work Environment & Expectations:

• Non-climate controlled warehouse
• Physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing all day)
• Must meet daily production goals
• Must be comfortable using a nail gun safely

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Overtime may be available

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $15/hour (higher based on carpentry experience)
• Opportunities for raises based on performance and reliability
• PTO available after 3 months
