Position Overview
We are seeking a Pallet Services Coordinator to oversee and manage daily pallet operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, logistics knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, suppliers, and internal teams. The Pallet Services Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Induspallets LLC’s reputation for excellence in industrial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate pallet services including distribution, collection, and inventory management.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate records of pallet usage, contracts, and compliance documentation.
• Support warehouse operations, procurement, and resource allocation activities.
• Prepare reports on pallet service performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist in organizing audits, inspections, and operational reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s logistics regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in pallet services coordination, warehouse operations, or logistics management.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and industrial service workflows.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and logistics management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
