Pallet Shop Production Manager

Pallet Shop Manager- *Night Shift*

Must have:

• Supervisor or management experience minimum of 3 years
• 2 plus years of forklift experience loading trailers
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to read tape measure
• Bilingual is a plus
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to multitask
• Must be able to use a computer, cell phone, respond to emails and QA loads
• Must be dependable with own vehicle
• Must be able to work as a team to accomplish goals for the night

Job Duties

• Will pull orders by specs
• Make sure all pallets are built to specs
• Make sure no nails are sticking up and/or that no boards are broken
• Double check stenciling on pallets to make sure they are correct by the specs
• Count pallets to make sure load count is correct
• Help load trailers (flats and vans) if needed
• Make sure load is bumped up (pallets are even and neatly loaded)
• Help strap trucks down if needed
• Using computer, Quality Assure pallets in APP
• Complete paperwork for the correct order
• While QA’ing the order, make sure trailer number is correct and the load has the correct count.
• Must be able to lead a team of 8-10 people
• Hours are from 5:30pm to 4:00AM
