Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service to enhance their experience.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering procedures and perform basic math calculations for billing purposes.
• Follow all food handling and safety protocols diligently to uphold health standards across the venue.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment; fine dining or sports bar experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service.
• Demonstrated ability to serve alcohol responsibly while adhering to all food safety regulations and legal requirements.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that energizes the atmosphere.
