Job Description – Partner Account Manager / Sales Head

Department: Sales – Projects

Location: Hyderabad

*Role Purpose*

To drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing fire protection and life safety projects, building strong relationships with consultants and clients, collaborating with key partners, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving revenue targets.

*Key Responsibilities*

1. Revenue Generation

  • Achieve annual sales targets as set by management.
  • Generate revenue from new project order bookings.
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities in the assigned market.
  • Acquire Purchase Orders (POs) from clients.

2. Client Visits & New Client Acquisition

  • Schedule and conduct meetings with decision-makers.
  • Develop new client relationships in target segments.
  • Expand the client portfolio and enter new markets.
  • Present company capabilities and solutions to prospects.
  • Prepare and submit DART reports on new markets entered.

3. Collaboration with Key Partners

  • Build and maintain a strong network of consultants, contractors, and partners.
  • Create and maintain a collaboration database.
  • Develop a collaboration pool of minimum 6 partners per year.
  • Work with key partners for subcontracting or project implementation support.
  • Conduct regular consultant visits for empanelment.

4. Project Coordination & Implementation Support

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Projects, Operations, Marketing, Finance).
  • Ensure smooth execution of projects post order booking.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Support billing and collection in coordination with the accounts team.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.

Key Activities

  • Revenue generation for each FY as per target sheet.
  • New client acquisition to achieve business growth.
  • Billing follow-up and collection status tracking.
  • Stakeholder coordination for resolving client requirements.

Authority

  • Conduct sales visits and consultant meetings.
  • Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project execution.
  • Recommend partnerships and collaborations.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • Target vs Achievement (%)
  • Revenue generated from new projects
  • Number of new clients acquired
  • Number of active consultant partnerships
  • Order booking value
  • Collection efficiency
  • Customer satisfaction levels

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in Project Sales (Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, ELV systems preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of fire safety systems and project sales cycle.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
