Level 1 Host/Curbside Opening/Closing Station, Greetings & Farewells Seating (Rotation) & Waitlist, Pre-Bussing, 3 Step Cleaning Process, Bathroom Checks (Cleaning & Restocking), Monitor Dining Room Cleanliness, Basic Menu Knowledge, PKG Rewards

Level 2 Expo/Runner Opening/Closing Station, Monitoring Food Quality, Bagging and serving Orders Correctly, Complete Food Menu Knowledge, Keeping Dining Room Clean, Locate Items Requested By Guests, KDS Knowledge, Handing Orders To Guests, POS Payment, Knowledge Answering Phones

Level 3 Cashier/Server Opening/Closing Station, Excellent Guest Service, Basic Math Skills, Serving Food, Serving Drinks, Serving Tables (Table Set Up), Prices Knowledge, POS Order Taking Knowledge, Taking Phone Orders, Bussing Tables

Requirements

• 6 months of experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills.
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods.
• Basic to intermediate English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Continuous use of hands and arms.
• Continuous bending, reaching, and twisting.
