PA/Office Assistant

Principal in a small business seeks strong interpersonal skills, as well as a minimum 4 years of experience using Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Must also like working with recordkeeping in an easy-to-use database. Ideal candidate has a college degree, plus a minimum 2 years of office experience with a single employer. A person who likes to multi-task and has a calm, corporate demeanor will enjoy working in this happy environment, where taking initiative and going the extra mile effectively are sincerely appreciated. Clear diction for telephone required.

This job requires a minimum of 3 days' availability in-office as determined based on specific work load and collaboration needed.

Candidate must reside within a commutable distance of 45 minutes max to Manhattan's UES.
