Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Paper Bag Machine Operator to operate and maintain SOS twisted handle and satchel paper bag making machines. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, attention to quality, and the ability to meet production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate SOS twisted handle and satchel paper bag machines efficiently
• Set up machines and adjust parameters for different bag sizes and specifications
• Monitor production quality and ensure minimal wastage
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Maintain production records and report issues to supervisors
• Work collaboratively with the production and maintenance teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience operating paper bag machines
• Hands-on experience with SOS twisted handle and satchel paper bag machines
• Strong mechanical and technical skills
• Ability to work independently and under production deadlines
• Good understanding of quality control and safety procedures
• Willingness to work shifts if required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical or vocational training in machinery operation
• Experience in high-volume paper bag manufacturing facilities
