Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate individual to assist in our roasting operations. You will work closely with our roasting team to produce consistent, high-quality coffee while maintaining our standards of precision and care. This is a hands-on role that requires focus, discipline, and a genuine passion for coffee.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor our 10kg Toper roasting machine.

Follow roasting profiles and ensure consistency across batches.

Record and analyze roast data (Artisan software).

Assist with quality control through cupping and tasting sessions.

Maintain cleanliness and safety in the roasting area.

Responsibilities

Roast 50–100kg per day on our 10kg Toper roaster.

Follow or design roast profiles to maintain consistency and quality.

Oversee all roasting operations, from green to finished product.

Maintain roast logs, equipment, and production area.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of roasting experience.

Extensive knowledge of specialty coffee roasting operations.

Strong technical skills and understanding of roast curves, airflow, and development.

Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and physically fit

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
