Paralegal

Pusateri, Johnston, Guillot & Greenbaum, LLC is seeking a seasoned Paralegal with at least 2 years of experience. Prior defense experience preferred but not required. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including four flex schedule options.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Reviewing and summarizing medical and employment records of plaintiffs
• Drafting and maintaining medical chronologies
• Issuing subpoenas and arranging for proper service
• Issuing records requests and following up after issuance to ensure responsive and correct documents received
• General internet and social media investigation
• Scheduling and arranging depositions
• Drafting page/line deposition summaries
• Preparing discovery productions, including but not limited to, redacting, Bates stamping, and maintaining bates stamp log
• Reviewing, analyzing, organizing, and managing the overall file management of discovery productions received from other parties
• Managing and organizing document case files
• Analysis and calendaring of scheduling orders
• Daily time entry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
