Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary range starting at $42,000 commensurate with experience
Uncapped performance-based bonus monthly potentially ranging from $500 to $1,500 per month

Experience:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide support to at least two attorneys, managing family law cases from start to finish
Draft, e-file, and serve pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, and pre-trial materials; proactively anticipate attorney needs
Compile, scan, and organize discovery responses and exhibits; maintain accurate electronic and physical files
Manage attorney calendars, hearings, and court appearances; schedule client, court, and opposing counsel calls; reconcile electronic dockets
Work directly with clients to complete financial statements and maintain ongoing communication regarding case updates, deadlines, and hearings
Coordinate document service, confirm completion, file affidavits of service, and notify attorneys/clients of outcomes
Process incoming mail, track case-related expenses, and handle reimbursements
Support client meetings and in-office appointments, including greeting clients and preparing spaces
