The paralegal will support legal operations by preparing and reviewing contracts, attending meetings, documenting minutes, and translating legal documents between English and Arabic. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and language skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend internal and external meetings with clients, stakeholders, or legal counsel.
- Prepare accurate and detailed minutes of meetings and distribute them to relevant parties.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Translate legal documents, contracts, and correspondence from English to Arabic and vice versa while ensuring accuracy and legal terminology are maintained.
- Assist legal team in research and preparation of case files and legal documents as needed.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, meetings, and other legal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local laws, and regulations in all legal documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support legal needs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Perform any related tasks that may be assigned to support the legal team and business operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, Legal Studies, or related field.
- Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
