We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Risk Management team. This role supports our contracts, compliance, and claims handling to help protect the company and our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and manage contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements.
• Track insurance certificates and compliance requirements.
• Assist with claims, litigation, and communication with attorneys and insurance reps.
• Assist with review, drafting, and organization of real estate agreements, including leases, easements, property purchases, and related documents
• Research laws, regulations, and industry requirements.
• Maintain organized records and legal files.

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience, preferably in construction, insurance, or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, insurance, and litigation support.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with contract/claims management software is a plus.
• Associate’s degree or Paralegal Certificate.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $62,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
