Paralegal

We’re a litigation firm that began in Florida and now we’re expanding into Michigan. We believe in justice for all, especially communities that are underrepresented. If you speak Spanish (or another language) that’s a plus as our client backgrounds vary, but not required. We’re looking for someone who wants real responsibility, growth, and a chance to make a difference.

What You’ll Do

You’ll manage a caseload under attorney supervision, pushing files from intake through to resolution or trial. On any given day you might:

• Open new client files, do intake interviews, and set up cases
• Order, review, and summarize medical records, bills, provider documentation
• Draft letters, motions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas
• Track deadlines, manage court filings, maintain calendars and dockets
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurers, adjusters, opposing counsel
• Help build demand packages and settlement materials
• Do trial prep support: exhibits, witness coordination, trial binders
• Communicate with clients: updates, questions, status
• Prepare billing summaries, handle medical liens
• Keep both digital and physical files organized
• Apply Michigan’s PIP / no-fault rules and personal injury statutes to real cases

What We Want in You

We want someone who:

• Has at least 5 years’ experience as a paralegal, ideally in PI or PIP litigation
• Knows Michigan’s no-fault / PIP law and auto accident claims
• Is super organized, detail-oriented, used to juggling many files
• Has strong writing and communication skills
• Can work on your own and take initiative
• Knows case management software, e-filing, Microsoft Office
• Being bilingual (Spanish or another language) is a plus but not required
• Paralegal certification or legal studies background is preferred

Base Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
