Key Responsibilities

• Assist with probate and trust administration
• Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and courts
• Maintain organized client files and manage case tracking systems
• Conduct legal research and assist with document review
• Complete asset transfer work
• Draft correspondence to clients and various professional organizations
• Witness estate plans

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal education
• 3-5 years of experience in estate planning or probate law preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management software
