Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys across various practice areas, including family law, personal injury, and more. The Paralegal will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our legal processes and assisting with client interactions.
Duties
- Assist with document review, drafting legal documents, discovery, and pleadings with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage case files using document management systems ; ensure proper filing and organization of legal documents.
- Support litigation processes through document review, discovery management, and case preparation.
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining case management databases.
- Conduct client interviews and gather relevant information.
- Provide executive administrative support by managing schedules to facilitate office operations.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Paralegal with knowledge of diverse practice areas including family law, personal injury and criminal law
- Proficiency in managing large volumes of documents and data entry with high accuracy.
- Exceptional organizational skills combined with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional phone etiquette required.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience supporting litigation processes from discovery through trial preparation is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
