Paralegal

Regal Law Firm is a client-focused legal practice specializing in Personal Injury and Car Accident cases. You will work side by side with a team of dynamic and collaborative professionals focused on delivering results for our injured clients.

The Opportunity

As our Litigation Paralegal, you will have the opportunity to assist in the development of our client’s cases to ensure our clients earn the maximum settlement deserved and leveling the playing field against big insurance companies and corporations.

Accountable for

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, proofreading, citation checking, and tabling documents
• Professionally communicate with clients, experts, courts, and defense counsel
• Prepare documents for filing in both state and federal courts
• Support our attorneys in all phases of litigation
• Manage and calendar court deadlines
• Propound and respond to discovery
• Maintain organized case files

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience
• Ability to act independently and in a team-based environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Confident in a paperless work environment
• Knowledge of e-Filing and California rules
• Familiarity with California discovery rules
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Type at least 40 wpm.

Compensation

• $75,000 per year, not including performance based bonuses.
