As a Paralegalspecializing in Employment Law, you will play a vital role in supporting ourlegal team. Leveraging your 2-3 years of experience, preferably within the samearea and law firm, you will assist in various legal tasks related to employmentmatters.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough legal research on employment law matters, including regulations, caselaw, and industry trends.
  • Assist attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents, including employment contracts, policies, and agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and legal team members to gather necessary information and documentation for cases.
  • Prepare and organize legal documents, maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
  • Participate in client meetings and communicate effectively to address inquiries and provide updates.
  • Support attorneys in the preparation of court filings, pleadings, and correspondence related to employment law cases.
  • Assist in the management of client communication, ensuring timely responses and accurate information dissemination.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations that could impact clients.
  • Help coordinate administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging client meetings.
  • Perform various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Employment Law section, such as document management, data entry, and recordkeeping.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2-3years of relevant paralegal experience in Employment Law, preferably within a reputable law firm.
  • Strong understanding of UAE employment laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
  • Proficient in legal research, document drafting, and case analysis.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Proficiency in legal software and research tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
