Paralegal

Insurance Defense Law Firm seeking a part-time or full-time Paralegal with 3 to 5 years' experience in our Bethlehem office.

Responsibilities include:

* Preparing and Answering Written Discovery

* Preparing Subpoenas / Authorizations

* Preparing and organization of Medical Packets

* Preparing Trial Binders

Experience handling bad faith discovery strongly preferred.

Excellent computer skills, good communication, and writing skills required.

Must be well-organized and detail-oriented, be self-motivated and possess excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and attention to detail is a must.

Remote work is possible due to COVID, but you must be located in Pennsylvania to be considered for this role.

Pay rate is dependent on experience.
