Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Paralegal position based in Dubai. The Paralegal plays a critical role in supporting the Firm’s legal operations and ensuring the seamless execution of daily workflows across multiple practice areas. This role involves managing complex administrative and organisational tasks, preparing and maintaining legal documentation, overseeing internal systems and trackers, and coordinating directly with lawyers, clients, and external authorities.

The Paralegal will be responsible for maintaining accurate document management systems, managing schedules, organising meetings, preparing first-level drafts, supporting due diligence exercises, handling filings with various registries and free zones, and assisting with legal and regulatory research. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional organisation, precision, and time management, with the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to prioritise and follow structured processes are essential. The Paralegal works closely with Associates and Senior Associates to ensure the efficient progression of matters, uphold the Firm’s operational excellence standards, and support client needs with accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related legal disciplin e is strongly preferred; candidates with prior paralegal or legal training will be prioritised.
  • Proven administrative and organisational abilities , with the capacity to manage high-volume documentation and multi-step workflows.
  • Proficiency in managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and supporting the organisation of legal matters across multiple teams.
  • Ability to conduct preliminary legal and regulatory research, summarise findings clearly, and support matter preparation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of professional legal correspondence.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills, particularly in document preparation, formatting, and data management.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks effectively, and manage multiple deadline s in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Previous experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or legal services environment is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping, billing, or basic accounting processes is a plus, especially for supporting matter administration and invoice preparation.
  • High level of discretion, with a demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
