We are a dedicated Lemon Law firm committed to protecting consumer rights and delivering top-quality legal representation. Our team is growing, and we are seeking a talented Paralegal who is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in litigation support to join our practice.

Position Overview:
The Paralegal will play a key role in supporting our attorneys throughout all phases of Lemon Law cases. The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled in legal drafting, confident in client communications, and comfortable negotiating with opposing parties. This position requires strong knowledge of motions practice, discovery procedures, and case management.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, format, and file motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Prepare, organize, and respond to written discovery
• Communicate with clients to gather documents, provide updates, and guide them through the litigation process
• Negotiate settlements with manufacturers, dealerships, and opposing counsel
• Maintain detailed case files and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Manage deadlines, calendaring, and case progress
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation when needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of paralegal experience (Lemon Law or litigation experience strongly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of motions practice and discovery procedures
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with legal software, document management systems, and e-filing processes
