Looking for a position that makes you smile?
We’re seeking a Paralegal to join our growing team.
Responsible for the day-to-day risk management, doctor licensing and certain regulatory compliance functions.

How you’ll make us better:

• Primarily responsible for all risk management matters
• Works with internal team as well as insurance broker and carriers on various matters, including claim filings, insurance policy renewals and changes
• Obtains and renews dental licenses for doctors in various jurisdictions

Your special skills:

• Ability to research and solve problems
• Ability to draft, revise, and edit legal documents
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with competency in grammar, spelling and punctuation

Prerequisites for success:

• Bachelor’s Degree in law or a related field preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in corporate paralegal work including risk management and licensing required
• Paralegal certification preferred
• Insurance industry, licensing and healthcare or corporate law experience preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams required
• Intermediate analytical skills with strong conceptual and research skills required
