Paralegal

• Bachelor’s degree in law
• 2–5 years’ experience in a legal, corporate, or paralegal role.
• Experience in healthcare or corporate/M&A environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with UAE corporate and healthcare regulatory framework is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Strong drafting and communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage but not a must).
