<Duties>

• Assist with legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
• Draft, review, and proofread legal documents including contracts, pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail.
• Manage case files through legal case management systems; ensure all documents are properly organized and up-to-date.
• Conduct comprehensive document review and data entry to support litigation and transactional matters across multiple practice areas.
• Support project management initiatives by coordinating deadlines, tracking case progress, and maintaining detailed records of legal activities.
• Provide executive administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling phone etiquette professionally, and performing clerical tasks such as filing and transcription.

<Qualifications>

• Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents with clarity and precision; proofreading and transcription abilities are essential.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a busy law office environment.
• Familiarity with contract review processes and document management systems; data entry accuracy is critical.
• Effective interviewing techniques combined with professional phone etiquette for client interactions.
• Knowledge of various practice areas including, personal injury law, criminal defense law and litigation processes is highly desirable.
