Job Summary

Duties
- Manage case files using document management systems to ensure all records are organized and accessible.
- Conduct thorough document review and proofreading to identify key information and ensure accuracy in filings.
- Support project management initiatives by coordinating deadlines, tracking case progress, and maintaining detailed records of activities.
- Perform data entry tasks related to client information, case details, and legal documentation with high accuracy.
- Conduct interviews with clients or witnesses as part of case preparation under attorney supervision.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information related to estate planning, immigration cases, or litigation matters.
- Provide executive administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and handling phone etiquette professionally.
Experience
- Proven paralegal experience in a fast-paced law office environment with exposure to personal injury law.
- Strong knowledge of legal research tools including Westlaw and LexisNexis.
- Experience with legal case management software like Needles is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed review and drafting of documents with excellent proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with legal administrative processes such as document management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting.
- Strong communication skills for interviewing clients or witnesses and providing professional support within the team.
