Job Scope:

As Paralegal – Middle East , you will support the Bray Legal Counsel Europe & Middle East, and the wider legal team in delivering high-quality legal services across the region. Working within an international and culturally diverse environment, your responsibilities will include:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and legal documents (NDAs, MOUs, distribution agreements, etc.)
  • Supporting contract lifecycle management and maintaining accurate contract records and systems
  • Assisting with post-sale claims, including warranty claims, liability matters, and contractual disputes
  • Gathering documentation, preparing responses, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel
  • Monitoring legislative and regulatory developments across Europe & the Middle East and supporting compliance initiatives
  • Providing administrative and research support for litigation and legal proceedings when required
  • Supporting company secretarial, governance, and commercial registry requirements across multiple jurisdictions
  • Acting as a key point of contact for legal queries and supporting the day-to-day operations of the legal function
  • Upholding the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and ethical conduct
  • Liaise with outside counsel and regulatory authorities as needed


What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Law or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in a paralegal or legal support role, ideally in an international or industrial environment
  • Strong understanding of legal principles, procedures, and terminology across the Europe & Middle East region
  • Experience supporting contract management, compliance, and risk management activities
  • Employment law knowledge of Saudi Arabia is an advantage
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive tasks to completion
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
