Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to help clients who have been harassed or discriminated against in the workplace. Must have experience as a litigation paralegal- plaintiff's side is preferred. Must also demonstrate excellent organizational skills, and possess a passion for legal research and document management. As a vital member of our team, you will assist attorneys with case preparation, legal research, document review, and administrative tasks to ensure seamless legal operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case development and legal analysis.
- Assist with drafting, proofreading, and editing legal documents including contracts, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence.
- Manage case files and document management systems like iManage and PCLaw to ensure accurate and organized records.
- Support litigation processes by preparing discovery documents, reviewing evidence, and maintaining case calendars.
- Perform detailed document review for compliance with legal standards across practice areas such as securities law, tribal law, patent law, and workers' compensation law.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and witnesses to gather pertinent information for case building.
- Provide executive administrative support by managing schedules, filing systems, data entry, and handling phone etiquette professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven paralegal experience in litigation.
- Strong research skills utilizing LexisNexis ; ability to synthesize complex legal information clearly.
- Experience with legal case management software such as iManage or PCLaw; proficiency in document review and management systems.
- Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents; meticulous proofreading and transcription abilities.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a busy law office environment.

Pay: $50,780.90 - $65,000.00 per year
