Paralegal (Contentious Probate)

Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Bath who are actively seeking to engage a Paralegal within Contentious Probate.

What you will be doing:

Supporting Partners within the department, you will be tasked with a wide range of duties to include;

• Dealing with new enquiries and client onboarding
• Assisting with a number of legal and administrative tasks
• Providing initial advice to clients via phone, email and video
• Drafting fee estimates, file opening letters and terms of business
• Recording client activity / progress on spreadsheets
• Adhoc duties when required including assisting in the Manager's absence

What you will need to succeed:

• Proven experience in contentious probate desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication skills as you will be first point of contact for clients
• The ability to work under pressure with ever changing deadlines
• First rate IT skills including MS Office (word/outlook and excel)
• Fast and accurate typing skills
