A leading international law firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Dubai office. Working closely with Partners, this role supports the legal operations of the practice with a strong focus on corporate and regulatory work across offshore jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client enquiries on the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of companies and partnerships.
- Explain setup costs, regulatory requirements, and ongoing compliance obligations.
- Prepare formation documents and manage post formation filings.
- Draft agreements, resolutions, minutes, and other legal documentation.
- Manage document legalisation and apostille processes.
- Prepare submissions to Cayman and BVI authorities and coordinate related filings.
- Support internal administrative tasks, including opinions, certificates, and statutory registers.
- Draft client correspondence, fee summaries, and standard corporate documents.
Experience & Skills
- 3-4 years' experience in a similar role within an international law firm or professional services environment.
- Ability to manage high volumes of instructions under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team focused approach.
- High level of written and spoken English.
