We're Hiring: Paralegal / Legal & Operations Intern (UAE)

A hands-on role for someone who wants to work across legal, business operations, and marketing—all in one.

At DocuBay, we're building an AI-powered compliance platform that helps UAE companies manage licenses, employee records, legal documents, applications, renewals, tax obligations, and business services from one structured workspace. We're looking for a sharp, versatile intern—from a legal or commerce background—who's excited to wear multiple hats and learn how a real business runs from the inside.

What You'll Do

• Support the team with legal and compliance documentation—contracts, agreements, licensing, and renewals
• Help organize, review, and structure legal and business documents on the platform
• Assist with real-world operations: company setup, visa and work-permit processing, and document verification
• Contribute to media and content marketing—drafting posts, explainer content, and case studies that simplify legal and compliance topics for business owners
• Research UAE regulations, business laws, and compliance requirements
• Work directly with the founders across day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For

• Studying or recently graduated in Law, Paralegal Studies, Commerce, Business, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and good written English (Arabic is a plus)
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable handling documents and processes
• Interested in how law, business, and marketing connect in the real world
• Bonus: familiarity with UAE business setup, compliance, or social media content
