We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Paralegal Manager to lead our legal support team and oversee a wide range of legal administrative functions. <Responsibilities>
- Supervise and mentor a team of paralegals, fostering professional development and high performance
- Oversee legal case management systems, including document management platforms such as iManage and Clio, ensuring accuracy and organization
- Coordinate legal research efforts utilizing Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other research tools to support case strategies in personal injury.
- Manage document review processes, drafting legal documents, contracts, and correspondence with precision and clarity
- Assist with project management tasks related to pre- litigation
- Ensure timely filing of legal documents with courts or regulatory agencies while maintaining meticulous records
- Provide executive administrative support to senior attorneys by handling scheduling, correspondence, and communication with clients or external partners
<Requirements>
- 5+ years of pre-litigation paralegal experience in AZ
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing or supervising a team of paralegals or legal assistants preferred
- Extensive knowledge of legal research tools including FileVine
- Proficiency in legal case management software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in proofreading and transcription tasks
- Familiarity with document management systems;data entry and filing experience are essential
- Ability to provide exceptional clerical support including phone etiquette, data entry, filing, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of legal drafting standards and the ability to review documents critically for accuracy and consistency
Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
