Paralegal – Medical Revenue Recovery / Arbitration Support

Callagy Recovery is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal with 3+ years of experience to assist in the pre-litigation pursuit of unpaid arbitration awards against insurance carriers. This position supports our medical revenue recovery operations and works closely with in-house counsel, internal collections teams, and external litigation counsel at sister company Callagy Law.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and possess strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Review arbitration awards, claim files, payment records, and related documentation
• Assist with pre-litigation recovery efforts against insurance carriers
• Draft correspondence and maintain communication with carriers, clients, and counsel
• Analyze account and claim data to support recovery efforts
• Coordinate with internal collections staff and litigation teams on escalated matters
• Maintain accurate records and case tracking systems
• Support attorneys and management with administrative and legal support tasks

Qualifications

• Prior paralegal, legal assistant, collections, or insurance experience preferred
• Personal injury, collections, or medical billing/revenue recovery experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and database/case management systems

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
