Overview
We are looking for either a paralegal or a legal secretary to join our fast paced legal team. This a full time in person job. This person will be replacing a valued employee who worked here for years who is leaving because she is moving to another state. We are commercial litigators and we represent very large companies in all courts and tribunals in North Carolina. This firm has been practicing in North Carolina for almost 31 years presently. These are the things that will make your application stand out:

1. You are a paralegal or have experience as a legal secretary. You are a notary or willing to become a notary.

2. You live in Raleigh or the surrounding area. This is an in person job and we are hiring right now.

3. You have experience e filing documents in our state and federal courts. Almost all of our practice uses e filing now.

4. You are an excellent team member and someone that enjoys helping get the job done.

5. You like a small office setting and are willing to do all the small things that help make our practice click. There are 4 lawyers, 2 paralegals, and an office manager here.

6. You take pride in your work and are extremely detail oriented. This role edits and reviews almost everything that is sent out by the office.

We are hiring now and hope to fill the position in the next few weeks. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,702.01 - $60,000.00 per year
