Paralegal - Real Estate

Smith Bigman Brock, P.A., an established AV-Rated Daytona Beach law firm, has an immediate, full-time opening for an experienced paralegal working with our real estate practice group. The preferred candidate will have a minimum of two years experience with commercial transactions law, including acquisitions and dispositions, corporate law, and institutional lender representation. Our firm is located just two blocks from the beach with private parking and beautiful views of Daytona Beach and the Halifax River. Qualifications

• Real estate closing experience
• Experience with real estate closing software
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with close attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, professional staff & peers
• Organizing and prioritizing large volumes of information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
