Full Time Paralegal/Case Manager

Offering a full-time position for a growing medium-sized personal injury law firm in downtown Jacksonville.

Candidate Requirements:

· Must be a good problem solver above all else.

· Must be a quick learner.

· Must be driven, able to work independently, and keep deadlines.

· Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.

· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Will manage, organize, and maintain documents in electronic filing systems.

· Will prepare and proofread correspondence and legal documents.

· Will manage small caseload on a day-to-day basis, obtain all necessary documents, and prepare first draft of demand letter.

· Will serve as primary contact for certain clients.

· Will assist other support staff in their role as necessary.

· One year’s experience working for a personal injury law firm representing plaintiffs is a plus factor.

· Litigation experience is a plus factor.

We offer a friendly business environment with a generous salary commensurate with experience. The right candidate will also be able to work remotely 1-2 days each week after initial onboarding is completed.
