We are seeking a Paralegal/ Legal Assistant to join our small team to assist with worker's compensation/work injury matters. This is a great opportunity for an individual who has some experience as a legal assistant or Paralegal in the field of workers' compensation (or any law office experience), is a quick learner and can adapt to a fast-paced team work environment. The ideal candidate MUST be bilingual (English and Spanish), a team player, proficient at using Microsoft Office, can adapt to learning how to navigate case management programs (and related software), has great attention to detail, and communication skills. Job duties would include clerical, answering calls, regular interaction with clients, adjusters, attorneys and medical providers, calendaring, filing, processing mail/paperwork, and preparing documents for filing and service. *Legal Experience in field of CA Workers' Compensation Preferred* Paralegal Certification not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
