Position Summary:

BIOLUX is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and skilled IV Infusion Specialist to join our growing team. This part-time role is ideal for a Florida-licensed RN, APRN, or Paramedic who enjoys connecting with people and wants to practice in a positive, low-stress wellness setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform client assessments and review health histories prior to treatment.
• Safely establish IV access and administer IV nutrient therapies, NAD+, hydration treatments, and wellness injections in accordance with physician-approved protocols.
• Monitor clients throughout treatments and respond appropriately to any adverse reactions.
• Maintain accurate charting, documentation, and compliance with all medical protocols.
• Educate members on available wellness services and answer questions regarding treatments and expected benefits.
• Recommend appropriate therapies based on each client's goals while following established clinical guidelines.
• Build genuine relationships with members that encourage trust, retention, and long-term wellness.
• Support membership growth by confidently discussing services, packages, and wellness plans in a consultative, non-pushy manner.
• Collaborate with the Wellness Associates and leadership team to create an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment while adhering to infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Florida RN, APRN, or Paramedic license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• Strong IV insertion skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for preventative health, recovery, fitness, and wellness.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to create a welcoming and comfortable experience for every client.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while following physician protocols.
• Experience in IV therapy, infusion nursing, emergency medicine, wellness, aesthetics, concierge medicine, or functional medicine is preferred but not required.

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
