Job Summary
The Administrator – Paramedical Institute is responsible for managing the overall operations of the hospital’s paramedical training institute. The role ensures smooth academic administration, regulatory compliance, student management, faculty coordination, and alignment of training programs with hospital standards and healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Academic Administration
- Oversee day-to-day operations of paramedical courses (Lab Technology, Radiology, OT Technician, etc.).
- Coordinate with faculty for academic schedules, examinations, and practical training.
- Ensure curriculum implementation as per university/board guidelines.
- Monitor student attendance, performance, and discipline.
2. Faculty & Staff Management
- Recruit and manage teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Organize faculty meetings and performance evaluations.
- Plan training and development programs for faculty.
3. Student Management
- Oversee admission processes, counseling, and enrollment procedures.
- Address student grievances and maintain discipline.
- Coordinate internships and clinical postings within the hospital.
- Maintain student records, certifications, and documentation.
4. Financial & Operational Oversight
- Assist in budgeting, fee management, and expense monitoring.
- Oversee procurement of lab equipment, teaching materials, and supplies.
- Ensure optimal utilization of institute resources.
5. Marketing & Outreach
- Support admissions marketing activities (seminars, school visits, promotional campaigns).
- Build relationships with partner institutions and skill development agencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Allied Health Sciences.
- Master’s degree (MHA / MBA Healthcare / M.Sc. Allied Health Sciences) preferred.
Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in academic administration, healthcare education, or hospital administration.
- Experience managing paramedical or allied health programs preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.11 per month
