Key Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly and efficiently to emergency medical calls in line with established protocols.
- Assess patients’ conditions at emergency scenes and provide immediate medical treatment.
- Stabilize patients and transport them safely to medical facilities when required.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Operate emergency vehicles safely and efficiently (if required).
- Maintain accurate patient care records and ensure documentation is completed promptly.
- Check and maintain medical equipment, emergency supplies, and vehicles in a state of readiness.
- Follow infection prevention and control protocols strictly.
- Act in accordance with SCFHS regulations and company policies.
- Provide support during mass casualty incidents or disaster response operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency Medical Services or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Paramedic in emergency or pre-hospital settings.
- Certification:
- Valid license with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) or eligibility for licensing.
- Advanced Life Support (ALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) certifications preferred.
- Proficiency in emergency response protocols and patient stabilization.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and able to handle high-pressure emergency situations.
Working Conditions & Benefits:
- Work Hours: 260 hours coverage per month.
