Parent Relationship Manager

Job description :

We are looking for a Parent Relationship Manager to reach out to parents who have enquired about the program.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Counsel parents by explaining the concept of the program. Database provided. No cold calling.

- Provide them details about the suitable batch options for their child.

- Strong follow ups with interested parents

- Manage and guide parents throughout their enrolment procedure .

Required Experience and Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of work experience

- Fluent Written & Spoken English Language Skills

- Dedicated, efficient and highly motivated

- Basic computer skills

- Graduate/ Diploma Holder

Working Days & Hours

- 10 am to 7 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
